dod_rails made by ??? (if someone could give me the authors name so that I could give them credit)

Rails is based off dod_railroad and dod_railroad2_b2 from 1.3.

Changelog from b2 to b3:

- Random materials around the map have been removed, such as barrels and furniture.
- All doors open 2x as fast as before, this should help with 100 tic servers.
- All doors make a louder squeeky noise (the same noise heard in 1.3) and should help identify locations easier.
- You can now nade from Allied second over the ticket into middle. It has to be through the slant in the roof, not over the flat part.
- There is now a bigger rock near Allied second outside of train, giving more cover to the train pusher.
